Damn, Monday already

Took yesterday off and spent it relaxing and doing fun things with my partner. It was almost like a mini vacation although it did end much too soon.

Our bathroom scale seems to broken. Oddly it just seems to be broken when I step on it showing my weight going up and not down despite eating far less and staying away from foods that tend to put weight on me.

I know that I haven't been getting enough exercise. Actually I haven't been doing much of anything except working. I've been working about double what I was this time a year ago and making about half what I was making. On top of that the price of everything has gone way up.

Today at the gym, I really have to start going every other day like I was doing, I started doing the stairmaster again in addition to the treadmill and other machines that I normally do. Hopefully I can stay motivated to stick with it before I go from having put a little weight on to ending up a fat dyke.
