Ate something yesterday that gave me a mild case of food poisoning. Not really sure what it was that I ate that gave it to me since I ate a variety of things from different places. I stated getting cramps while playing racquetball that just got worse as the night wore on and spent all night doing what one does when one gets food poisoning.
Between working and frequent trips to the bathroom I took time to watch a very disturbing movie called Hard Candy. At time I found it a bit boring and other times I found it very hard to watch but it was captivating.
Just taking it easy tonight as I feel rather drained from last night's food poisoning hell.
