Going kayaking when already sore from racquetball isn't such a good idea. I can barely move today and even sitting in my office chair hurts. Kayaking was fun despite only being able to rent a tandem kayak and the both of us hurting from the day before but I really didn't expect to end up hurting this bad afterwards.
Despite feeling like a decrepit old woman today I've done a half a dozen loads of laundry and drove out to Ikea to look at furniture. Ikea was a waste of time but at least now I know what their stuff is like.
