OMG I'm sore. Woke up sore from racquetball yesterday and then went kayaking today.
Been taking Ibuprofen since I got up. It really helps but tears up my stomach really badly. I got such bad heartburn while kayaking that I puked when we got back to the dock which was really embarrassing.
