Been immersed in work for the last few days. Not sure where this weekend went but somehow it's already Monday.
Watched a few movies over the weekend when I took breaks. Watched the movie Laurel Canyon. Kind of reminded me of my own life in that in a kind of surreal way. Also watched High Art. It's a good but very disturbing movie.
We are loving Netflix so much that I upped out takeout to four movies and gave Christine her own queue so now we each get two movies out each. I've been ripping them using Handbrake to a FireWire drive and using iTunes steaming to the AppleTV player that is connected to our living-room TV. This is working out to be a perfect solution as we now always have a bunch of movies that we haven't watched yet to choose from when we want to watch a movie. Probably going to pickup a second AppleTV player so that I can hook it up to our bedroom TV.
Today I had planned on going to the gym but instead ended up looking for one of my cats that went missing yesterday and also doing some much needed yard work. It's the little female cat that my neighbor left me. Still no luck in finding her. She does have a collar on with my phone number so maybe someone will find her and call me. Hopefully she will come home once she gets hungry enough.
