Did the gym first thing this morning, what is morning for me anyway, and then ran errands and worked. Did this promo piece, Great Tits Outdoors In The Rain.

My face hurts or I should say my jaw muscles hurt. I'm told it's normal but damn I hurt more today then I've hurt since getting surgery. Last night we went for sushi and trying to eat rolls or even salad was a real challenge. On the plus side I've lost a few more pounds since eating is so differcult and a bit painful.

Wow now this is a hurricane.

Not that I really need more pain but I made an appointment to get a tattoo on my lower back for Monday afternoon. I wanted it sooner but that was as soon as Chris could give me an appointment.
