Poppy and the family left the dirty streets
To find a quiet place overseas
And year after year the kid has to hear
The do's the don'ts and the dears
And when she's ten years old she digs that rock 'n' roll
But Poppy bans it from home
Baby, she turns out to be a natural freak
Popping pills and smoking weed
And when she's sweet sixteen she packs her things and leaves
With a man she met on the street
Carmen starts to bawl, bangs her head to the wall
Too much love is worse than none at all
Couldn't sleep so went out to the straight club up the street from me, we actually still have a few of those left, and it was dead with like twelve and a half people in the bar so went down to the beach but it was even more dead so went over to old town and hit the gay bar Voodoo Lounge. I met his straight girl who was a bit drunk was bitching about her boyfriend who she had a fight with earlier. As I'm leaving I offer to give her a ride home since she says she lives near me but then on the way home, after I have to stop a few times to let her puke, she passes out in my car. Not knowing where she actually lives or what to do with her I take her to my place and put her in my bed with a bucket next to the bed for future puking.
So the short end of the story is I go to a gay bar and end up taking home a straight girl that passes out in my bed. Turns out she lives up the street from and is a pretty kewl person. I have a feeling that we are going to end up good friends.
Got a tattoo this afternoon on my lower back. 
It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it might but now it feels like I've got a sunburn on my lower back.
Not sure what I'm doing tonight if anything.
